  • How long can we get your reply after we send an inquiry?

    During business days, we will reply to you within 12h after receiving your inquiry.

  • Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

    We are a manufacturer having our own production equipment.

  • What products can you supply?

    We mainly manufacture Tritan water bottles, kitchenware and small kitchen appliances.

  • Can you customize products?

    We can customize products. We can develop and manufacture products according to drawings or samples provided by customers.

  • How is your production capacity?

    We have several standard lines capable of producing 50,000 Tritan water bottles per day.

  • How many employees do you have? How many technicians are there?

    Currently we have over 30 employees, including 5 professional technicians.

  • How do you guarantee product quality?

    We will inspect materials from suppliers on a regular basis, and will also perform checks after each procedure during production. We have testing equipment such as dishwasher and vacuum leak tester to further guarantee the quality of our products.

  • How can we make the payment?

    During quotation, we will confirm the trade term (e.g., FOB, CIF or CNF) with you. If it is the first cooperation between us, normally we do 30% in advance and the balance against copy of B/L. T/T payment is most common, while L/C is also acceptable. For regular customers, we can offer a credit period.

  • How are goods transported to customers?

    Normally we transport goods by sea. Since we are situated in Ningbo and only 75km away from the Port of Ningbo, sea export is very convenient. Of course, we can also transport goods by air since Ningbo Airport, Hangzhou Airport and Shanghai International Airport are all close to us.

  • What are the main export destinations of your goods?

    Our products are mainly exported to countries such as the U.S., Germany, Japan, Spain, Italy, the U.K., South Korea, Australia and Canada.
